This petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner- Arun Pandit mentioning therein that the petitioner was granted bail by this court vide order dated 19.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 15543/2016 in connection with Sessions Trial no. 350/2010 arising out of Ara Town P.S. Case no. 48/2010 subject to condition that one of the sureties should be father of the petitioner but unfortunately, at the time of passing of the above stated order dated 19.4.2016, it could not be brought to the notice of this court that father of the petitioner was not alive and, therefore, it is prayed that the petitioner be exempted from the above stated condition.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the order dated 19.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 15543/2016 stands modified to this extent that in place of father of the petitioner, pairvikar of the petitioner i.e. Shailesh Kumar son of Ram Prattap Pandit resident of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27711 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 village Nainpur ward no. 5 P.S. Teghra District Begusarai will stand surety.
