Petitioner is in custody in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018 for the offence under section 272/273 and 414 and Section 30(A), 35(A), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 14.4.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been by a coordinate Bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No.35724 of 2018 vide order dated 29.06.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.37101 of 2018(3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than two months and other co-accused has been granted bail, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018 (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
