2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that informant, who is cluster manager in Sfurti Financial Ltd., Ekma which provides loan for small business to women, used to collect advanced amount in weekly installments. It is alleged that on 23.08.2024 this petitioner left the branch to deposit Rs. 12,87,335/- in SBI, Ekma but did not deposit the same and fled away with the aforesaid amount along with the keys of cash locker of the company.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter

No.17093 of 2025(2) dt.03-04-2025 2/2 of fact, wife of the petitioner was seriously ill and whenever petitioner requested for leave to take care of his wife, informant denied to grant him leave and forwarded several threatening messages on the mobile phone of petitioner. Under the compelling circumstances, petitioner gave his resignation vide Annexure-P/2 due to which, informant lodged this false and concocted case against him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the seriousness of allegation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
