ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2018 in connection with Karja P.S. Case No.69 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., subsequently the investigation has revealed that the petitioner has caught hold of the informant and, therefore, he has been taken into custody. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and has been falsely implicated in this case due to malice.

No.36810 of 2018 (2) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Muzaffarpur (West), in connection with Karja P.S. Case No.69 of 2018.
