The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per complaint case, the complainant paid Rs. 85,000/- to this petitioner, as consideration money and thereafter, sale-deed was executed in favour of the complainant. It is further alleged that when the complainant came to know that the alleged piece of land was already sold by bonafide land owner to another person, she demanded her money back, which was refused by this petitioner.

No.17192 of 2022(2) dt.29-08-2022 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that on S.A., the complainant has specifically stated that money was given to Chandu Das, not this petitioner. Both parties are co-villagers and only after verifying all the documents, complainant purchased the land in question. Moreover, it is a case of civil dispute. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. 1072 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
