2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No.300 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the IPC.

3. As per the F.I.R., the allegation against the petitioner No. 4 Lal Babu Ram is that he came running and started beating the informant's son which hit his stomach. When the informant came to see his son, Lal Babu Ram assaulted on his neck causing injury. He also assaulted in the stomach of the informant. The further allegation is that when the informant raised 'hulla', as the villagers started coming, his sons and wife also came and abused them. However, the villagers took them to

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. It is next submitted that the injury caused by sharp cutting weapon, but is found simple in nature. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2023 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case clean antecedent of the petitioner and period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of court below/concerned court in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No.300 of 2023.
