The petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on account of some previous dispute the present case has been lodged making false and frivolous allegation based on pure suspicions.

Considering the aforementioned fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
