Present modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27627 of 2019.

It appears that the petitioner has not complied the order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27627 of 2019 and after the lapse of three years, he filed the modification application for modifying the order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27627.

Learned counsel for the informant, on the other hand

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19246 of 2022(4) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner has not complied the order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27627 of 2019 and the present modification application has been filed by the petitioner only to disrespect of the Hon'ble Court.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstance, the present petition stands dismissed.
