1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted regular bail by order dated 20.04.2024, but at Para-6, it has been recorded as:- "Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Judge Excise, Patna City, Patna in connection with By-pass P. S. Case No.150 of 2021."

3. It is thus submitted that petitioner was granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21771 of 2024(4) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 regular bail, but the order dated 20.04.2024 records that petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Paragraph-6 of the order dated 20.04.2024 is modified to read as:- Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Judge Excise, Patna City, Patna in connection with By-pass P. S. Case No.150 of 2021.

5. The order dated 20.04.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
