JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-05-2016 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Goraul P.S. Case No. 373 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, who is the mother of petitioner No.5, has alleged that she agreed to sale her certain properties for a consideration amount of Rs. 9,81,000/- and having not received the said consideration amount, filed this F.I.R., as against the vendee witnesses, including her son.
It is submitted that it is a case of civil dispute and has been concocted only to put undue pressure upon the accused persons including her son.
