JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018, dated 15.12.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 379, 436, 427, 506, 295, 295(A) and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are alleged to have indulged in assault, but the accusation is general and omnibus in nature. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that siimilarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court, some of which orders have been shown to this Court while pressing parity with those accused persons.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
