1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 24.09.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.8593 of 2019, the Ld. Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra has already disposed off BLDR Appeal No.138 of 2018 vide order dated 25.03.2022, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty
Patna High Court MJC No.819 of 2020(4) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 on behalf of the petitioners to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of their subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted. 3.The petition stands disposed off.
