1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case no.1137 of 2022 registered under sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the two petitioners produced their joining letters for training under the Railways. The joining letters were found to be forged and fabricated and the petitioners were taken into custody.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. No forged letters have been produced by them. The petitioners have

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioners, their being in custody for 5 months since 1.12.2022, charge-sheet having been submitted in the case and the petitioners not having any criminal antecedent, both the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case no.1137 of 2022 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
