2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S Case No. 582 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner along with other co-accused persons assaulted informant's husband by various things and took away golden chain from the husband of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is lady and similarly situated coaccused person has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 12710 of 2024 vide order dated 28.02.2024.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18850 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order and and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S Case No. 582 of 2023 subject to the condition laid down in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
