JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 176 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Rs. 1, 44,400/- of the informant is said to have been robbed by some unknown miscreant on the way to his firm. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are neither named in the F.I.R. nor any incriminating article has been recovered from their conscious physical possession. They were not put on T.I.P. There is nothing in the record to indicate the complicity of the petitioners in the occurrence. Chargesheet in the case has already been submitted.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 176 of 2016.
