In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondent to revoke suspension of the vendor license of the writ petitioner, being license No.196/97, which has been suspended by the Collector, West Champaran vide order dated 19.11.2013 till further orders in connection with Misc. Case No. RM 69 of 2009/10 filed by respondent Md. Sahabuddin.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5353 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension of License No.1-96/97. Certain allegations were made against the petitioner, who happened to be the Stamp Vendor and an enquiry was initiated vide Misc. Case No. RM 69 of 2009/10. The said case is pending till date. No final order has been passed in the same.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the Respondent No.3 i.e. The Collector, West Champaran at Bettiah is directed to pass final order in respect of the aforesaid proceeding pending against the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
