The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of recovery of stolen motorcycle from the co-accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by apprehended co-accused Sonwar Alam and Md. Saddam with stolen motorcycle. He further submits that there is no recovery of seized motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnia in connection with K.
