The Petitioner seeks bail in Keshariya P.S. Case No. 133 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
