1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioners have filed the present writ application for direction to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to consider the appeal filed under Section 9 (2) of the Bihar University Act, 1976.

3. Learned senior counsel for the Chancellor

Patna High Court CWJC No.5427 of 2025(3) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 submits that the present writ application may be disposed with a direction to the Principal Secretary of the Hon'ble Chancellor to take steps for disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioners within a reasonable time frame.

4. Having considered the prayer of the petitioners and submissions advanced by learned senior counsel for the Chancellor, the present writ application is disposed with a request to Hon'ble Chancellor to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioners preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, this writ application stands disposed.
