JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 The petitioner apprehends arrest in relation to Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 679 of 2013, instituted under section 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the fact that except that the informant suspects the petitioner to be involved, there is no material to implicate the petitioner in the crime.

The petitioner is very distantly related to the main accused Ajay Sah.

Learned counsel for the informant, who was also heard, has failed to show from the case diary any specific material as

Be that as it may, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, petitioner, Deepak Sah, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 679/2013, G.R. No. 2418/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
