The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 379 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have dragged the informant on road and thereafter, assaulted him with stone on his head.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As per F.I.R., six persons have assaulted the informant, but only two injuries have been found. Petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
