JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.8.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 49054 of 2018. Again this application has been filed for the same relief. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to enable the petitioner to surrender in the court below and make prayer for regular bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

Petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and
