The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 24.04.2015 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga in Bahera P.S. Case No. 117 of 2014, by which cognizance has been taken for the offence under Sections 341/323/324/307/430/379/504 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4/5 of the D.P. Act.

Considering the materials available on record, no ground for quashing of the order dated 24.04.2015 taking cognizance

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26139 of 2015(2) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 for offence under Sections 341/323/324/307/430/379/504 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4/5 of the D.P. Act against the petitioners is made out.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application to raise all their grievances at the appropriate.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
