This application is being filed for quashing the order dated 06.02.2015 passed by learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea in Sessions Trial. No. 167 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1661 of 2009, by which learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea has been pleased to reject the petition filed by petitioner under Sections 403 and 468(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
