Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is the sister of the victim and informant is the father of the petitioner and victim. Counsel submits that due to mental agony, the informant is not in a position to come before this Court and since this matter relating to her family, she has filed writ petition and seeks indulgence of this Court for the relief prayed i.e. of proper investigation in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No.560 of 2022 lodged under Section 365 of I.P.C. In the peculiar facts and circumstances that the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.472 of 2023(2) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 informant is a practicing advocate, become perturbed due to the said event, this Court has entertained this petition filed by her daughter who is sister of victim and directed to represent before the Superintendent of Police, Nawada (Respondent No.3) within four weeks from the date of passing of this order, in the light of order passed in Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar and Ors in Cr.WJC No.153 of 2017 with analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022.

The Superintendent of Police, Nawada (Respondent No.3) is directed to take necessary steps for completion of fair investigation in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No.560 of 2022, at the earliest.

With the aforesaid direction, the present Cr. Writ Application is hereby disposed off.
