JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018, dated 03.04.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that about 11 days ago, a she-calf was stolen away by the petitioner and two others.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there was no reason for filing the case after 11 days of the occurrence. That apart, it has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40002 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 submitted that the accusation levelled against the petitioner is only on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018.
