Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 299 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Recovery of 202.59 litres of illicit liquor has been made from Magic vehicle. On seeing the police personnel, the accused persons fled away from the place of occurrence and they have been identified by the local people and Chowkidar. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18538 of 2022(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
