Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No.79 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 324, 326, 342, 307, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that all accused persons turned up at the door of the informant's house and on account of previous enmity, Sadanand Yadav opened three rounds of firing causing firearm injury to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated due to previous enmity and there is no specific overt act alleged against him in the entire episode rather accusation is specific only against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39088 of 2018(2) dt.05-07-2018 2/2 Sadanand Yadav and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Muni Lal Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Munger in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No.79 of 2014.
