The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 359 of 2020 corresponding to Special Excise Case No. 1215 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 12 litres of beer and 10 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from the roof of house of petitioner. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house which is in joint possession of family.
