Writ petition has been filed claiming arrear of salary due since March, 2013. Writ petition was filed in the year 2014. Respondents in the counter affidavit have submitted hand receipt showing that the petitioner has received amount admissible on account of arrear of salary but the same was subject to certain deductions.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not able to say anything as he has no contact with his client. Since hand written receipt is of the year 2015, this court would dispose of writ petition with liberty, that in case amounts are found insufficient or petitioner has any dispute in respect of any amount which have been paid to him, he would be at liberty to avail remedy in accordance with law.
