Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 302, 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 64804 of 2019, which was rejected vide order dated 14.11.2019 (Annexure-1).
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no progress in the trial and the petitioner is rotting in custody since 20.05.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that there is no fresh ground, this court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected.
However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and conclude it within a period of three months from today.
