1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case no. 1028 of 2025 registered under sections 318(4), 303(2), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that on receiving information, he reached the place of occurrence where the petitioner and one Akhilesh Kumar Chaudhary were caught. On inquiry, they disclosed that they were taking interview for recruiting persons. The informant states that the accused were cheating the innocent citizens which led to the registration of the instant case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No such occurrence as alleged in the FIR has taken place. The petitioner

He has been falsely implicated in the case only for the reason that he happens to be an employee of the Urmila Education and Services Private Ltd. Co-accused Akhilesh Kumar Chaudhary has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 26.3.2026 passed in Cr.Misc.no.18741 of 2026. The petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2025 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, grant of bail to co-accused Akhilesh Kumar Chaudhary vide aforesaid order dated 26.3.2026, the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 4 months since 29.12.2025, not having any criminal antecedent and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case no. 1028 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Patna.
