JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 23-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. No one appears on behalf of the Bihar State Beverages Corporation. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner claims that he also alike others ought to have been given the benefit of renewal of his contractual work on the post of Assistant Accountant, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of such claim would simply direct the authorities of the Corporation to consider the case of the petitioner and take a final decision within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. Let it be noted that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim in absence of the learned counsel for the Corporation as also filing of the counter affidavit but then this writ application

Patna High Court CWJC No.8267 of 2014 (2) dt.23-02-2015 filed on 30.4.2014 would not have been left at the mercy of the respondents and therefore, the respondents are, hereby, directed to now consider the case of the petitioner and take a final decision in the manner indicated above.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
