Patna High Court CWJC No.5355 of 2023(2) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 pendency of this writ petition, subsequent development took place in this case and the order of Deputy Collector Land Reforms which is challenged (Annexure- 12) before this court, has also challenged in appeal bearing Appeal No. 54 of 2023 before the Divisional Commissioner, Patna and the Divisional Commissioner, Patna has already filed the final order in this case.

3. As such, learned senior counsel submits that the remedy lies to the petitioners to prefer application before the Bihar Land Tribunal in this matter.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is hereby disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to prefer application before the Bihar Land Tribunal.

5. Delay, if any, is hereby condoned.
