He submits that respondent-Bank continues to take work from the petitioner till date. Asserting the said issues, he submits that he would avail of the remedies under the Industrial Disputes Act for regularization on account of his service rendered in the Bank.

In view of such submission, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of his remedy under the
