This application has been filed for modification of order dated 13.11.2024 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 32554 of 2024, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the Court below within eight weeks from the date of order for furnishing bail bonds. 3.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond vide order dated 13.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.32554

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20258 of 2025(2) dt.27-07-2026 2/2 of 2024, is hereby extended by four weeks from today, subject to the payment of cost of Rs.5000/- (Five Thousand Only) to be deposited in the Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapith, Ramakrishna Nagar, P.O.- Vidyapith Deoghar, Jharkhand.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed with the modification as above.
