Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has a grievance relating to service condition on the post of Anganwari Sevika and that there is internal remedy under the Anganwari guidelines, this application without exhausting such internal remedy is wholly premature and in fact is not maintainable.

When such an observation has been made learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to exhaust the internal remedy. This application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
