P.C. is filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. The petitioner is an accused in Town PS Case No. 480 of 2012 for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

A.B.P. No. 1608 of 2012 filed by the petitioner in the court of Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, has been rejected through order dated 13.5.2014.

Heard Sri Ganesh Prasad Singh for the petitioner and Sri Abhay Kumar no.1, learned A.P.P.

From a perusal of the FIR it is evident that the dispute between the parties is basically civil in nature. Even otherwise, arrest of the petitioner is not warranted in a case of this nature.

It is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Town PS Case No. 480 of 2012.
