2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 389 of 2019 instituted under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.
3. The recovery is of 4.5 litres of illicit liquor. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VII-cum-Special Judge, Excise-II, Madhepura/concerned Court in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 228 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS.
7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Madhepura Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
