Learned counsel for the State appears and files show cause on behalf of the opposite parties and submits that the statutory appeal of the petitioner bearing Forest Appeal No.44 of 2014 has since been dismissed by the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram vide order passed on 26.7.2015.
