2. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 387 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 66 of I.T. Act. 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused persons. Except confessional statement, there is nothing on record to show the complicity of the petitioner in the present case . F.I.R., has been lodged after the delay of 12 days for which there is no plausible explanation . Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he is connected with the alleged occurrence . Chargesheet has already been submitted. He is in custody since

Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Jamui in connection with Khaira Police Station Case No. 58 of 2016 .
