====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Nirmali P. S. Case No. 127 of 2022 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., on 19.06.2022, dead body of a person was found lying in Tilyuga river near Loha Pool.

4. Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners submits that these petitioners are innocent and have been made accused only on the ground that orchestra was run by the father of these petitioners. Petitioners have no concern with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16830 of 2025(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 orchestra. He further submits that during trial, father of these petitioners has already been acquitted by learned court below vide Annexure-3. Petitioners are in custody since 22.11.2024. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, clean antecedent and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJII, Supaul in connection with Nirmali P. S. Case No. 127 of 2022.
