Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance before the Respondent No. 3, i.e, the Sub-Divisional Officer, East-cum-Chairman (Special Officer) Agriculture Produce Market Committee, Ahiyapur, Muzaffarpur by giving representations dated 15.12.2023 (Annexures P/2 and P/2/2). The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3, i.e, the Sub-Divisional

Patna High Court CWJC No.4868 of 2024(9) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 Officer, East-cum-Chairman (Special Officer) Agriculture Produce Market Committee, Ahiyapur, Muzaffarpur to consider the same on its own merits in accordance with law and pass reasoned orders within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
