JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 The petitioners, who are ladies, apprehend their arrest in relation to Barhariya P.S. Case No.108 of 2014 instituted under Sections-304B/201/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted that petitioner no.1 is the married sister of the husband of the deceased and petitioner no.2 is the wife of the elder brother of the husband of the deceased. Both of them stay separately and they are not concerned with the affairs of the deceased or her husband.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners, namely, Rita

No.33621 of 2014 (02) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 Devi and Indu Devi, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Barhariya P.S.
