The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Laukahi P.S. Case No. 176 of 2015 (G.R. No. 1569 of 2015) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 307, 354(B) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Informant alleged that the petitioner who happens to be her brother-in-law (Dewar) caught her from back and tried to rape but she raised alarm on such the petitioner assaulted her with "farsa" on head. It is submitted that all the allegations are false and concocted. The petitioner lodged Laukahi P.S. Case No. 175 of 2015 in which informant, Most. Daro Devi was one of the accused persons. Informant and others assaulted the petitioner when the petitioner filed a case. Informant also lodged a case making false allegation. The Informant got

Considering the facts aforesaid and there is a case and counter-case and the occurrence took place on account of land dispute, the Petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Rai, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani or his successor in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 176 of 2015 (G.R.
