2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 308(5), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. It is a case of robbery on the road in daylight. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R., snatched cash of Rs. 4,000/- and motorcycle of informant and thereafter, fled away. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.
