Let the university authorities complete the enquiry and give appropriate direction to the college in question to be followed in regard to the disbursement of the financial aid being extended to the college in question. If the managing committee of the college in question does not adhere with such directions a recommendation may also be made to the State Government to stop such financial aid. In the alternative
Patna High Court CWJC No.960 of 2012 dt.07-09-2015 2/2 the petitioner may move the civil court of competent jurisdiction for appropriate declaration. The disputed finding of facts can only be done by taking evidence, both oral and documentary by such forum.
