Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 3(a) RP (U.P) Amended Act, 2012.

Co-accused Gautam Kumar Yadav was arrested and made statement disclosing the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and after that the godown of the petitioner was raided and it is alleged that stolen properties of the railway were recovered from his godown. Petitioner is in jail custody since 3.3.2016 and submission on his behalf is that he had purchased the said properties from Kolkata, which is evident from perusal of Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit.
