Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Initially, the dead body was recovered from a well and U.D.case was registered. Subsequently, an FIR of murder was registered wherein the petitioner is named on the basis of suspicion.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the case diary also reveals that only suspicion is there against the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52228 of 2017 (3) dt.03-01-2018 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chand Police Station Case No.158 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
