It is submitted by the petitioners' counsel that in view of disposal of CWJC No 6030 of 2019, the instant writ petition has now to be disposed of in terms of the same order. This Court, in the said proceedings, has refused to interfere with the result of the preliminary test conducted pursuant to 64th Combined Competitive Examination by the Bihar Public Service Commission. Patna High Court CWJC No.5851 of 2019(3) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 dismissed on the ground that the petitioners have not been able to make out any extraordinary circumstance or to demonstrate any material illegality so as to necessitate exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution. The writ petitions have been dismissed relying upon the case of Ran Vijay Singh & Others -Versus- State of Uttar Pradesh & Others, (2018) 2 Supreme Court Cases 357 and High Court of Tripura -Versus- Tirtha Sarathi Mukherjee, 2019 (2) PLJR 114 (SC).
